This Privacy Policy explains how Technosapien Inc. (“Technosapien,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use Slop Club Studio at studio.slop.club (the “Service”). This policy applies only to Slop Club Studio.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

• Account information: Your name, email address, username, profile details, and sign-in information.
• Content: Prompts, scripts, images, video, audio, documents, generated media, and other project information you create or upload.
• Payment information: Our payment provider processes payment-card information. We receive billing, transaction, subscription, and payment-status information.
• Communications: Support requests, feedback, and other messages you send through email, Discord, or other communication channels.
• Preferences: Your account, product, cookie, and marketing choices.

Content may include personal information about you or other people if you choose to include it.

Information Collected Automatically

• Device and log information: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, approximate location derived from IP, access times, and security logs.
• Usage information: Pages viewed, sessions, feature interactions, generation activity, credit usage, errors, and performance information.
• Cookies and similar technologies: Technologies used for sign-in, security, preferences, and analytics.

Information From Other Sources

We may receive basic profile information from a sign-in provider, payment status from our payment provider, and information you direct another service to provide to us.

2. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

• provide generations, project storage, account features, billing, and customer support;
• operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and secure the Service;
• detect fraud, abuse, safety risks, and violations of our Terms;
• understand performance and improve the quality and usability of the Service;
• send service, account, security, and administrative communications;
• send marketing communications where permitted, which you can opt out of at any time;
• comply with law and respond to valid legal requests; and
• protect Technosapien, our users, and others.

We may use Content and usage information to evaluate and improve the Service, including testing features, prompts, workflows, quality, and safety systems. Authorized personnel may review Content when reasonably necessary for support, security, abuse prevention, safety, or troubleshooting.

We do not currently use your Content to train generative AI models. If we begin doing so, we will provide clear advance notice. The change will apply only to Content submitted after the updated policy takes effect unless you separately agree otherwise. We will also provide any consent or choices required by law.

We do not sell your Content or use it in marketing, promotion, or public showcases without your permission.

3. How We Share Information

AI and Infrastructure Providers

We send the content needed to complete your request to AI and infrastructure providers acting on our behalf. We use commercial or API offerings and settings intended to restrict their use of that content, including for model training. Provider retention and security processing may vary by service.

Other Service Providers

We share information with providers that support hosting and storage, payments, authentication, analytics, observability, communications, security, and customer support. They may process information only for the services they provide to us or as otherwise permitted by their agreements and applicable law.

Legal and Safety Reasons

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

• comply with law, legal process, or reporting obligations;
• investigate fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms;
• protect the rights, property, or safety of Technosapien, our users, or others; or
• respond to an emergency involving a risk of serious harm.

Business Transactions

Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, as permitted by law.

At Your Direction

We share information when you ask us to, connect a third-party service, or choose to publish or share Content. Publicly shared Content may be viewed, copied, or redistributed by others.

De-Identified Information

We may use and share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be linked to you. We do not attempt to re-identify it except as permitted by law.

We do not sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use technologies that are necessary for sign-in, security, and core functionality. We may also use preference and analytics technologies to understand how the Service is used.

Where required, we ask for consent before using non-essential technologies. You can also manage cookies through your browser, although disabling necessary cookies may affect functionality.

We do not respond to traditional browser “Do Not Track” signals because there is no consistent industry standard for them.

We recognize Global Privacy Control signals where required by law. Because we do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, these signals may not change how we process information.

5. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy:

• Account and Content information: Retained while your account is active and for 30 days after account termination to allow export. After that period, Content is deleted from active systems within a commercially reasonable period, subject to legal, security, and backup exceptions.
• Billing and transaction records: Retained as required for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes.
• Usage, support, and security information: Retained as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, troubleshoot, and secure the Service.
• Legal and safety records: Retained as required to comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Backups and providers may retain limited copies until their regular deletion cycles are completed. We may retain information longer when required by law, necessary to protect the Service, or relevant to an active dispute.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information.

7. International Processing

Technosapien is based in the United States. We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where we or they operate.

If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to countries with privacy laws that differ from those where you live.

The Service is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe that a person under 18 has created an account, contact [email protected] so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

We may update this policy as the Service or our practices change. We will post the updated policy and revise the date above.

If a change materially expands how we use personal information, we will provide advance notice or obtain consent where required by law. We will not apply a materially expanded use to information collected under an earlier policy where doing so would violate applicable law or our prior commitments.
